Bill of Rights

Disclaimer: These rights are more or less "roleplay", and are applicable on Institute teams / installations only.

They apply to any foundation punishments, e.g. departmental, CoE, CMT.

Right to Equality

All members of the institute are subject to the same regulations*, no one individual may exploit either the Code of Ethics or Community Guidelines for his/her benefit.

All members of the Institute are able to apply for any position that their clearance level permits, and should not be discriminated upon for external factors other than their behavior within ESRI, or severe infractions of other SCPF's regulations.

*Members of the O5 Council, CL5, and Developers may be exempt from some Institute Regulations, but not Criminal Code Felonies / Misdemeanors.

Right to Privacy

All members of the institute are given the right to remain anonymous, be it when reporting someone, or being punished. The only exemption to this is for members of Command being punished, to avoid rumors being spread / misinformation, some details of the punishment may be published.

Right to fair trial

All members of the institute are given the right to a fair and equal trial through the Internal Tribunal Department. If you feel a punishment was unfair in any way, please reach out by opening an inquiry.

Right to a safe Environment

All members of the institute are given the right to a safe and equal environment, and should not be threatened, bullied, or harassed for their opinions.

These rights may not be amended.
