The Administration
The Administration of ESRI is what keeps everything running. This page seeks to explain how the Administration of ESRI works.
Overseen by The Administrator and lead by the Chairman, the O5 Council is the highest administrative body, and holds supreme authority in all decisions within the Institute. Individually, each O5 has total jurisdiction over their department(s), and decisions regarding their department may only be overruled by a majority council vote, or by The Administrator. As a whole, the Council can make group-wide decisions on it's own, however they may not enact changes on any protected articles. See the Overseer Charter for more information.
Overseen by the Administrator and lead by the Institute Director, the Administrative Department is responsible for enacting and passing group-wide changes, and on occassion approving or denying larger departmental changes. Entrance to the Administrative Department is restricted to CL-1+, and by default all CL-3+ are inducted into the Administrative Department.
"Power without justice is tyranny."
Institute Law is enforced by the Internal Security Department and the Ethics Committee. Laws may be amended by the Ethics Committee, Administrative Department, and the O5 Council.
As stated in the Bill of Rights, all institute members are given the right to fairly appeal any and all punishments, be it a departmental punishment, Code of Ethics violation, or a game/discord punishment by the Community Moderation Team. All appeals are processed by the Internal Tribunal Department.
